Wow, to be a kid again and have a heart totally filled with the excitement of deciding which one first! It’s brings a smile to my face just remembering how that little heart use to work. The challenge now is to keep that excitement and young heart alive.
I love oddities and textures and this old building has both. With the patched repairs, missing glass panes, and tin overhang above the rustic red door, I assume it continues to serve a purpose. Much like me at this point in my life.
I am so amused with others’ choices. A juxtaposition of religion and fantasy. It does seem to invite the viewer to take a second look. That’s what caught my eye.
Painted brick always speaks to me. From red to green down a narrow passageway with a mossy brick path and an inviting back yard. Oh, and the white picket fence: what’s not to love.
